It's not really wrong, /etc/dhclient-enter-hooks is really executed if
present. However, /etc/dhcp3/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/* scripts are *also*
executed, and putting scripts there is preferred over a single
monolithic one. So the documentation should just be clarified.
