problem solved I just deleted the hwtest.postrm file in the directory /var/lib/dpkg/info/ with the help of mc (midtnight-commander)
filepath : /var/lib/dpkg/info/hwtest.postrm and installed the new version of hwtest-gtk 0.1-0ubuntu13 from the ppa.launchpad.net repository... i don't know which but here is my sourceslist...
