Hi Alex, sorry for the lack of info. In my case it happens after a few minutes of using skype, can be launched from the terminal or clicking in the icon.
If I do it from terminal the error I get is [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ skype Fallo de segmentación (core dumped) where Fallo de segmentación = Segmentation fault. The version of Skype is the last one: 1.3.0.53_API If I restart the computer, Skype might last more or less 30 minutes open before crashing, if I launch it again it happens faster and eventually (after starting it several times) it crashes after a few seconds.
