Public bug reported:

"apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree" yields:
"The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  flashplugin-nonfree: Depends: nspluginwrapper (>= 0.9.91.4-2ubuntu1) but it
is not going to be installed"

"apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree nspluginwrapper" yields:
"The following packages have unmet dependencies:
nspluginwrapper: Depends: ia32-libs (>= 1.6) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages"

"apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree nspluginwrapper ia32-libs" yields:
"Package ia32-libs is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  lib32nss-mdns lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0
E: Package ia32-libs has no installation candidate"

my sources.list contains the following:
"deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid main restricted multiverse
universe
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid restricted main multiverse
universe #Added by software-properties
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid-updates main restricted
multiverse universe
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid-updates restricted main
multiverse universe #Added by software-properties
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu intrepid partner

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu intrepid-security main restricted
universe multiverse
deb-src http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu intrepid-security restricted main

After installing ia32-libs (and its dependencies) manually from
"http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/ia32-libs";, flashplugin-nonfree
installs and works OK.

** Affects: flashplugin-nonfree (Ubuntu)
