I would like to have the choice to specify a local apt-proxy machine
instead of specify the web proxy URL. This will allow my server to get
all updates cached by the apt-proxy and fill correctly the sources.list.
In my case, if I don't specify the web proxy address, the installer try
to reach the regular repo such as "http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/";
and "http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu"; but it fails so, the
sources.list become empty :-/
