Ok. Here is UseCase explaining issue. Also attached file output.zip where name 
of files is actual execute command. 
NOTE: kernel changed to 2.6.27-10, issue still exists.

Scenario:
0. Reboot system (to be sure)
1. Normal boot of Ubuntu Desktop 8.10
2. Login, Xorg\Gnome started. NOTE: Compiz is not installed at all.
3. Normal switch to tty1-6 (Ctrl+Alt+F1-6) and back to Xsesion (Ctrl+Alt+F7).
4. Also I can view last output during system boot in tty8 (Ctrl+Alt+F8)
5. So, then I press Ctrl+Alt+F8 .. i can see only BLACK SCREEN and BLINKING 
WHITE CURSOR
6. Can switch back to Xsesion by Ctrl+Alt+F7.

!!! NOTE: Sometimes by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F8 .. just black screen and
return to tty7 (Xssesion).
