Ok I got some hints form this bug. I installed resolvconf (apt-get install resolvconf) and added line to /etc/network/interfaces 'dns-nameservers 83.102.8.13 83.102.8.3' into iface eth0 inet static section And now magically resolv.conf contains those, even after suspend-resume sequence.
