I solve the bug by upgrading PulseAudio to 0.9.13 :
- Add Luke Yelavich PPA to APT sources.list
https://launchpad.net/~themuso/+archive
- sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
- Fix Bug #294541 by removing /etc/X11/Xsession.d/70pulseaudio
- Close current session and reconnect
- Launch PA manually after login : pulseaudio -D
=> After that, it works like a charm
