Same here. Microboard Centturion Plus, Turion 64 X2, Ubuntu 8.10 amd64 upgraded from Hardy. Video is ATI, by the way - not sure it's related, but I think it's worth mentioning, as someone here believes it may be an X problem. Suspend/hibernate works fine, but the system freezes on resume - grey screen, mouse pointer and locked touch and keyboard (on suspend) or only mouse pointer and black screen, no touch, no keys (on hibernate).
