I have applied patch which was mention in comment #36 by Niklas Vanhainen. I have to say that the problem with scolling went gone, but new problem arrived. Left mouse button dragging stops working. I cannot select block of text or drug windows pointing it's title bar. Left mouse button click and double click works fine. I have ThinkPad T61p and Ubuntu 8.10 x64 with kernel 2.6.27-7-generic.
