Vincent: to answer your questions, this regards Xubuntu and "Manage
Print Jobs" (corrected in description).

I disagree that it belongs in Accessories: it's ad administrative task,
and belongs in System. (Just because you don't need root password to
manage your own jobs doesn't mean it's not System relevant: note that
System Monitor is also in System, but is not administrative, nor does it
require root.)

- One expects it to be in Settings or System.
