Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org
When I copy the text on http://www.heise.de/newsticker/BKA-Gesetz-steht- Wackelpartie-im-Bundesrat-bevor--/meldung/118894 and paste it into a completely new document in openoffice it crashes immediatly and a "openoffice.org document recovery" window appears. I have found out that there is a (microsoft) ad between the 4th and the 5th paragraph (between "... auch gegen die Reform stellen" and "Insgesamt haben die Länder ...".) and if this is in the text copied the crash occurs. I attached the html source of the document between the two paragraphs. The bug is reproducable here always on a i386 Kubuntu Ibex. I tried to reproduce it on a second system with the AMD64 release of Ibex but here the bug does not appear. I use Openoffice.org 3.0.0 (Build 9358) ** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- OO crashes immediatly when pasting html-text into new document https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/298644 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
