As I stated before, the only thing I suggest you do differently is specify the full path to libflashplayer.so instead of the relative path i.e. "nspluginwrapper -i /path/to/libflashplayer.so" instead of "nspluginwrapper -i ./libflashplayer.so". If these steps are still too complicated for you then I suggest you wait until a fix is found and implemented.
