This is not a Perl or Tcl bug.  This is a bug in the Tcl Perl module
available from CPAN.  A debugging Perl causes the module to fail its
tests as follows.

t/call.........ok 1/10Assertion ((svtype)((_svi)->sv_flags & 0xff)) >=
SVt_RV failed: file "Tcl.xs", line 653 at t/call.t line 38.
