Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. We need more information to be able
to fix this.

Now, open up two terminal windows and run the following commands:
* tail -f /var/log/syslog >> ~/297954_tail-of-syslog.txt  (in the first 
terminal, leave it running)
* tail -f /var/log/dmesg >> ~/297954_tail-of-dmesg.txt (in the second terminal, 
leave it running)
Now, attach your camera and wait say 30 seconds or so. This will create two 
files in your home directory, please attach them to this report.

Also, with your camera plugged in, run the following command:
* lsusb -v >> ~/297954_lsusb-v.txt
This will create on more file called 297954_lsusb-v.txt, please attach that on 
too.
