I update to kubuntu intrepid and there is still the bug for me. But I found a way to avoid it : instead of moving up "KHTML (khtml)" in the "Services Preference Order" I remove the other options "katepart" & "KJotsPart". After the "Updating system configuration", "katepart" & "KJotsPart" reapears but after "khtml" which is fine.
