Launchpad is ok for common users, but sysadmins like me (the ones that are more likely to report bugs), loose a lot of time using lauchpad. reportbug fills in system informations that Launchpad forces to grab and copy by hand. It would be awsome if there were some server side magic that takes the reportbug email (possibly sent to a dedicated address, not to ubuntu- users) and fills in the launchpad form.
