I use Kaffeine. Menu: DVB -> Channels -> Signal (or just key C). SNR (signal-noise ratio) is always 0, but you can see that with 'tzap <channel>' command in shell. You need to close your tv app first and have channels scanned with 'scan'. Example: scan /usr/share/doc/dvb- utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/<your location> >> ~/.tzap/channels.conf
