Confirmed on Evolution 2.24.1 Ubuntu Intrepid x64. And it's extremely annoying! Basically renders google calendar functionality useless.
Additional information: The bug appears to be to do with the storage of time information. I have a calendar with a week-long event that Evolution fails to display. Taking an iCal dump of the calendar from Evolution reveals the event, but with: DTSTART;TZID=/softwarestudio.org/Tzfile/Europe/London:-0011130T000000 DTEND;TZID=/softwarestudio.org/Tzfile/Europe/London:-0011130T000000 The UID given for the item is a valid google URL, which returns an xml document containing (among other things): <gd:when startTime='2008-11-24' endTime='2008-11-29'/> So it seems that Evolution is incorrectly parsing the start and end times for the event?
