** Description changed: Binary package hint: synergy Synergy worked for me beautifully in Hoary, but after upgrading to Intrepid, it has a serious problem. If synergy server is running on my intrepid machine, and I move my mouse off the desktop to the next machine (a windows box running synergy client) and then I move my mouse back to the intrepid desktop, mouse clicks no longer work on the local intrepid X server. I can move the mouse pointer around, but clicking the buttons do not do anything. I can use alt-tab to switch between windows and still use the keyboard to do things. To regain use of the mouse, I have to log out (using alt-f1 and keyboard), and then log in again. In case it matters, I've been running Compiz and Xinerama on the synergy host (Intrepid machine) and an Nvidia closed-source server. This was also the case when I ran synergy successfully in Hoary.
