Hi there, You say the sound card is not being detected at all? Can you please do the following to help us to resolve this problem: Type the following line by line into the terminal: uname -a > uname-a.log cat /proc/version_signature > proc_version_signature.log sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
Then reboot and login as normal, then run the following: dmesg > dmesg.log lsusb > lsusb.log Please attach the 4 files as separate attachments - they should be in your home folder. Also please note when replying to a bug report, please remove any replied text from the previous person at the bottom, otherwise, as you can see above it floods the report with unnecessary extras.
