I saved my ~/.mozilla directory from when this bug was driving me nuts.
When I replace it, the bug is reproducible every time by opening a
window.

I grabbed the xprop output by typing this, hitting enter, and starting
firefox: sleep 10; xprop > foo.log

I did this with the .mozilla directory that exhibits the bug, and the
one without. The only difference (besides the PID) was that this line
was present in the buggy firefox xprops:

_NET_WM_STATE(ATOM) = _NET_WM_STATE_MAXIMIZED_VERT,
_NET_WM_STATE_MAXIMIZED_HORZ

I'm attaching the output of xprop on the buggy window as an attachment.
