Sorry - I can't say at this distance. The process was a bit stressful, it is several months ago, and the only reliable information is the notes I made at the time, all of which are above.
My initial post says it all, really. Sorry I can't add to it. When asked which config to use, I took the (on screen?) option to look at the differences, then made a bit of a mess of going back to the select screen and got told there was a problem. >From general life experience - no special reference to this episode - I might have double-clicked the Back button, thereby inadvertently clicking something in the same place on the next screen, or maybe it just didn't 'Go Back' properly. I didn't know for sure then, and with the passage of time a false memory is as likely as any useful information...
