I can confirm strange keyboard shortcuts in 8.10 and OO 3 Impress. Same as Kent is mentioning. CTRL-A open "Save as.." CTRL-S does Underlined text and so on. This is totaly strange. I'm using en_US.UTF-8 locale but I have setup Slovakian language for documents in the OO
