Bug: When a buddy logs in with say quote (") marks in the name, they are
displayed by the notification as " instead. In the contact list,
such characters are properly displayed.
Expected result: pidgin-libnotify should unescape the HTML entities in
the same way as the contact list does before displaying any messages.
