Since the Live CD doesn't retain the contents of the Gnome keyring after a reboot, there is little use to save information in it in the first place. I am annoyed that every time I run the Live CD and connect to a wireless network, I am asked for a Gnome keyring password.
As a proof of concept, I deleted /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon and Network Manager runs just fine, without asking for the extraneous password any more. -- Disable gnome-keyring-manager in Live mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/202038 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
