iplist/IPblock is an easy-to-use IP blocker (like PeerGuardian for Windows). It
has a nice GUI and is intuitive to set up and doesn't require any knowledge of
firewalls or networking. More details can be found on
http://iplist.sourceforge.net .
The website also provides packaged binaries for Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora,
Mandriva and OpenSuse.
I'll probably upload sources to REVU soon.
