ok guys... if found the mistake in /etc/init.d/alsa-utils it happens when muting soundcard.. see function mute_and_zero_levels.... calling amixer and repeats for >15 times and the problem is..... every time we call amixer it needs about 10 seconds or more .... 10x15=150 s i don't know why amixer run so slow at shutdown stage to ubuntu: for quick fix.. maybe we should mute master channel only
