Nope, this is definitely broken in 8.10. Network manager sees no access points, but gives me the option of enabling/disabling my wireless (so it know its there).
I installed wifi-radar and it was able to detect my access point, but wouldn't allow me to connect. I'm using WEP 128-Hex for security and I'm running the latest version of kboot in the repos.
