This is the same as http://bugs.debian.org/479957 which was fixed in Debian's perl-5.10.0-12 (Intrepid is at 5.10.0-11.1ubuntu2 as of today): * Fix 'constant subroutine SEEK_* redefined' warnings when using the Fcntl and POSIX modules together. (Closes: #479957) The bug makes the daily eximstats cron job send two emails.
