"so its a feature that they get reused for multiple devices." If I only have 1 nic and 1 connection type specified, there should only be 1 entry in the drop down list. I have another machine running Intrepid from a clean install of rc1 and it has 2 nics in it. The drop down correctly shows 2 entries, one for each nic. On my machine, I would have 4 entries.
