It isn't fixed for me. I'm running Intrepid and I have a Dell Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. After a being away from the computer for a while, neither one of them will reconnect. If I try to set them up again, they fail to connect. I have to remove them from the paired devices list and then reconnect them.
