Hi, I stumbled upon this bug with thinkfinger (fingerprint reader from thinkpad) enabled in /etc/pam.d/common-auth:
auth sufficient pam_thinkfinger.so auth requisite pam_unix.so try_first_pass nullok_secure auth optional pam_smbpass.so migrate missingok This was like it looked in hardy. After reenabling it in 8.10 the "arrow-up" error occured. After restoring the config, the error disappeared. Since the fingerprint reader registers as "virtual keyboard" it could be related somehow ... -- key "up" opens gnome-screenshot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/260109 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
