When I suspend the machine and comeback the battery monitor starts to
work. My laptop is a toshiba satellite M305D. executing the command
"cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state" this is the report:

The battery monitor when the cable is plugged again change the time
remain but doesn't recognize that the cable was plugged.
