Ubuntu 8.04 amd64
I installed mantis, all worked, I was asked for passwords to create
mantis mysql table etc.
Then I removed + purged it (I removed the database by hand).
Then I removed also database user.
Then I reinstalled mantis.... but the DB is not created and I am not
asked for passwords...
aptitude remove --purge mantis -y
aptitude install mantis -y
^--- asked just to confirm some name change in apache something lib
dpkg-reconfigure mantis
^--- asks about bunch of email addresses only
