Thanks for the report. I just tried to get the first package and was
able to fetch it. It does however look like the mirror is suffering from
very high load and the performance was quite poor.
Your experience with unable to connect is most likely due to the high
load. Please try again or use another mirror for the next week or
something like that. After that the load will hopefully drop to a more
normal level.
