this bug does still occur, yes. also, sometimes its like the shift button is stuck on constant press, and i just need to press it again. Didn't figure that out right away though, and that is a bug.
here are the versions im using: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ kwrite --version Qt: 3.3.8b KDE: 3.5.10 KWrite: 4.5.10 i have only noticed firefox freeze when kwrite is freezing as well. and because of that other bug which has also started happening recently in kwrite i find it kinda likely kwrite is the culprit. no i havent noticed any other applications affected than kwrite and firefox.
