Since I was having problems with this at the time that I submitted the report, I had removed Ubuntu from my computer and tried other things in the mean time. I will behappy to try Intrepid again, maybe in the next couple of weeks, and see if I run into any problems. I thank all of those that have discussed and worked on this issue and I'll let you know how it goes when I try it again.
