Public bug reported:
Using 8.10 64 bit on a Lenovo thinkpad x200 with intel 4500 graphics.
When I select 1280x800 resolution, my top and bottom menu bars are not
the width of the screen, and the bottom bar is not on the bottom of the
screen.
