Just to add some details about this for the SRU. - Actual mkvtoolnix package have some binaries incompatibilities, many reported on Debian (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=471049, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=476879, or bugs report on the package : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=mkvtoolnix). - The only rdepends is ogmrip, and this bug make all encoding with subtitles impossible. - I'm only request a binNMU. Debian make the same for Lenny (actual version is mkvtoolnix_2.0.2-1.1+b1).
