@kingttx : you need to install the package module-init-tools-dbgsym. The 
"conflicting distribution" error means that there's an error in your 
source.list . The easiest thing to do is to use apport to automatically report 
the error.
To have apport report a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the 
automatic retracer please follow these instructions:
If you are running the Ubuntu Stable Release you might need to enable apport in 
/etc/default/apport and restart.
If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus 
and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report 
you wish to submit.

apport will open a new report and this one could be closed.

@fourmi : I'm glad it helps. Your latest error is not related to this
report and is due to grub not being installed. Simply run "sudo apt-get
install grub" and it should fix this issue.
