Public bug reported:
On ubuntu 8.10 there is annoying pop up in the network manager applet
... with no method to disable it . I do not want to be told every time
my network goes down and up via yellow highlighted pop up. I cannot find
method of disabling this without disabling network-manager (the applet
at least).
