Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: soundconverter

I'm using Intrepid, SoundConverter 1.3.2-0ubuntu1
I'm converting mp3 files to Ogg. If I tell it to convert the files in place,
it does fine. But if I tell it to put them somewhere else, e.g., my desktop,
it flashes through all of the files, creates the directory structure I chose,
and claims it is done without making any new files.
I ran it from a terminal and got a bunch of errors like this:
error: Could not open resource for reading.
(207-brandon_heath-give_me_your_eyes.mp3)
Cannot set permission on '/home/matthew/Desktop/Toby Mac/WOW Hits
2009/209-toby_mac-lose_my_soul.ogg'
error: Could not open resource for reading.
(215-nevertheless-sleeping_in_(bonus_track).mp3)
Cannot set permission on '/home/matthew/Desktop/Brandon Heath/WOW Hits
2009/207-brandon_heath-give_me_your_eyes.ogg'
Cannot set permission on '/home/matthew/Desktop/Nevertheless/WOW Hits
2009/215-nevertheless-sleeping_in_(bonus_track).ogg'

** Affects: soundconverter (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
