I'm back. I have a guess as to why my "solution" worked for me and not for mistryous... I hadn't tried to connect to a WPA Enterprise network... It DOESN"T WORK. Although my wpa2personal now works fine I am unable to authenticate on my school's WPAenterprise (PEAP - TKIP - MSCHAPv2). It worked fine under Hardy.
