Public bug reported: I configured my Thinkpad T60 to go to sleep when the lid is closed and it's running on battery, and to blank the screen when running on AC power. Closing the lid causes what I expect to happen in both cases, but if I close the lid while the laptop is running on AC power and then unplug the AC adapter, it won't go to sleep.
This works just fine on a Thinkpad T42 running dapper, and later I'll see if I get the same results with a dapper live CD on the t60. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Thinkpad won't go to sleep if lid is closed and the AC adapter is unplugged https://launchpad.net/bugs/72234 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
