Yes, this bug is Intel specific. The alpha blur should blur behind transparent title bars like in Emerald. I don't know if it blurs under Murrine or gtk windows. Is it supposed to blur under Murrine or Gtk? I'll have to look at my Nvidia setup later... I don't remember that ever happening.
