Hmm. Since what version has /apps/gnome-terminal/global/use_mnemonics existed? Previously to the upgrade I never touched these options. Did gnome-terminal perhaps default to showing mnemonics once upon a time, but recently changed the default behaviour to hide mnemonics, and my system has been going on the default the whole time?
I originally filed this bug thinking the mnemonics were lost in translation between 2.22 and 2.24, because I didn't know they could be turned off at all until I found that setting. If I knew beforehand that this was not the case, I probably wouldn't have bothered with a bug. No biggie if this gets marked as invalid. -- gnome-terminal menus have no mnemonics after upgrade to intrepid RC https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289328 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
