Public bug reported:
more specifically the Usb entry in lsusb disapears when the camera is
rotated
If i rotate the camera on my Acer aspire 5100, it is temporarily
disconnected, when it reconnects it is offered a new address by
ohci_hcd, which it rejects
steps to reproduce
1) confirm that the camera is connected (lsusb)
2) rotate the camera 180'
3) see the camera fail to reconnect
*after some investigation it turns out you have to turn it quite slowly
to trigger this
