Public bug reported:
The problem with this is that same applications may crash if there is no
disconnect message on dBus.
For example Rhytmbox crashes on internet radio if the connection is broken.
Pidgin don't relog because it thinks the connection is still up.
A good Idea would be if a VPN connection could be marked a essential. (For
example in my University network the internet won't work without VPN)
In a case of connection loss the nm could try to reconnect and send a
disconnect dBus message.
