Public bug reported:
Those executables are needed to build libraries bindings for tcl and python
that extend vtk.
The same exists for Java.
Just install vtk-tcl and/or vtkPython. vtkWrapTcl and vtkWrapPython are missing
from binary distribution but are built in the source package. They should be
included in the revelant
packages.
